How long will it take for my order to arrive?
• Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day.

• Delivery time: 10–15 business days depending on destination.

• Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

• We use PostNord for all shipments.

What if my order is delayed?

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@orinnow.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you.
