❌ We Do NOT Accept Returns If:
- Product has been used or washed (unless damaged/defective)
- Original packaging is missing or severely damaged (for "changed mind" returns)
- Return request after 60 days of delivery
- Digital products (PDF guides, e-books) — downloaded files cannot be returned
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
